Our Full Planning service is designed for clients who want support every step of the way in creating a memorable celebration. From the first spark of an idea to the closing of the event doors, we’re by your side.

7 planning calls leading up to your event, plus 4 weekly calls as the event day approaches
Vendor research, negotiations, and selection
Entertainment suggestions and booking assistance
Budget preparation and management
A customized checklist of tasks you may not have considered

Handle behind-the-scenes troubleshooting so you can relax and enjoy
Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
Collect and secure personal items at the end of the night (guest book, gifts, décor, etc.)

Our Partial Planning service is perfect for clients who enjoy being hands-on with vendor research but want expert support to manage the details and bring everything together seamlessly.

What’s Included:

5 planning calls leading up to your celebration, plus 4 weekly calls as the event approaches
Recommendations for any remaining vendors you still need to book
A customized checklist to ensure no detail is overlooked
