Our Full Planning service is designed for clients who want support every step of the way in creating a memorable celebration. From the first spark of an idea to the closing of the event doors, we’re by your side. 
 

What’s Included:

  • 7 planning calls leading up to your event, plus 4 weekly calls as the event day approaches

  • Vendor research, negotiations, and selection

  • Entertainment suggestions and booking assistance

  • Budget preparation and management

  • A customized checklist of tasks you may not have considered

  • Creative concept development and ambiance design — including floor plan

  • Venue walk-through (in the Bay Area, CA, or virtually if elsewhere)

  • Décor, floral, and lighting suggestions tailored to your vision

  • Catering coordination, including menu development that fits your style

  • Examples and referrals for photographers, videographers, florists, and stylists

  • Assistance with transportation and accommodation for out-of-town guests

  • Invitation and stationery design — including signage and guest details

  • Planning and direction of any pre-event gatherings (dinners, welcome parties, etc.)

  • Contact and confirmation with all event professionals

  • Creation of event program and guest flow

  • A detailed timeline for vendors, entertainment, and family/guests

  • Complete event-day management and orchestration
     

Additional Offerings:

  • Unlimited phone and email contact (with responses within 24–48 hours)

  • Unlimited hours on the day of your event

  • Access to our personalized client portal

On the Day of Your Celebration, We Will:

  • Arrive first to greet vendors and oversee all deliveries

  • Coordinate and assist with set-up and décor details

  • Welcome and assist guests as needed

  • Manage the flow of the event, keeping everything on time

  • Handle behind-the-scenes troubleshooting so you can relax and enjoy

  • Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities

  • Collect and secure personal items at the end of the night (guest book, gifts, décor, etc.)

Our Partial Planning service is perfect for clients who enjoy being hands-on with vendor research but want expert support to manage the details and bring everything together seamlessly.
 

What’s Included:

  • 5 planning calls leading up to your celebration, plus 4 weekly calls as the event approaches

  • Recommendations for any remaining vendors you still need to book

  • A customized checklist to ensure no detail is overlooked

  • Venue walk-through (in the Bay Area, CA, or virtually if elsewhere)

  • Direction and coordination for any pre-event gatherings (dinners, welcome parties, etc.)

  • Confirmation of all vendor details

  • Creation of guest program and flow

  • A detailed timeline for vendors, entertainment, and family/guests

  • On-the-day orchestration of vendors, guests, and key participants

We step in during the final stretch to manage logistics so you can be fully present and enjoy your special day.
