Our Full Planning service is for the Client who want assistance throughout the entire process.

• 7 planning calls leading up to your event, plus 4 weekly calls as the event day approaches

• Entertainment suggestions and negotiations

• Checklist of tasks you might not have thought about

• Creative image and ambiance design — including floor plan

• Venue Walk-through (if you are in the Bay Area, CA. Otherwise we will host your walk-through virtually)

• Flowers, décor, and lighting design

• Work with catering company to help create menu development to meet your style

• Examples of photographers, videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists

• Transportation and accommodation bookings for out-of-town guests (room blocks)

• Invitation and stationery design — including escort cards

• Rehearsal direction and rehearsal dinner planning

• Contact all your wedding professionals and confirm your details

• Ceremony program creation

• Detailed timeline development for wedding professionals and wedding party

• Wedding day orchestration of wedding professionals, guests, and wedding party

• Unlimited phone and email contacts (A dedicated team member will respond within 24 to 48 hours )

• Unlimited number of hours on the day of your wedding

• Access to client portal

• All booked clients get access to all items from our Etsy.com shop

 

On your wedding day, we will:

• Be the first to arrive, greet wedding professionals, and receive all deliveries

• Coordinate and assist with set-up and decorating details

• Assist guests and wedding party as needed

• Pin boutonnieres and corsages

• Direct ceremonial processionals

• Keep an eye on the timeline

• Troubleshoot and act as behind-the-scenes manager

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors

• Gather any remaining items at the end of the night — guest book, gifts, etc.
