​For the past four years, Sister’s Keeper has proudly hosted the Annual Sister’s UpKeep Retreat, dedicated to women's wellness and self-care. Blending luxury with impactful, thought-provoking workshops, we are honored to have played a role in supporting the self-care journeys of many. This event unites women from all walks of life with a shared purpose—building a strong and supportive community and a rediscovery of self.

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are proud to announce that our 2026 Sister’s Upkeep Retreat will evolve into a full, immersive conference experience! This next chapter reflects our deep commitment to serving even more women who are seeking a community rooted in shared understanding—one that recognizes the sacred role self-care plays in our lives, and how even a simple act of care can transform the mind, body, and spirit.

Our 2026 Conference will be an impactful weekend intentionally designed to support every part of you. You can expect meaningful networking opportunities that connect you with like-minded women, intimate small-group interactions that deepen your connection to others and to yourself, and a space where your soul will feel fed, seen, and nourished. This is more than an event—it is an experience of restoration, alignment, and renewal.

Our Plan​​

We are currently meeting with a consensus group of 30 women from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences who are helping to shape and thoughtfully craft this event. Their perspectives, wisdom, and stories are guiding us as we design a conference that truly reflects the needs, desires, and truths of the women we seek to serve.

Why take this approach? Because this gathering is for women and by women—and there is no better way to honor that than by inviting women themselves to help build the foundation of this one-of-a-kind experience. Their voices ensure that what we create is authentic, meaningful, and deeply rooted in community. After all, who better to shape a transformative conference for women than the women who will stand at its heart?
